PRIMA BARRE CLASS
Barre is a form of exercise that combines elements of strength training, ballet, Pilates, and yoga to create a unique, graceful, and energetic workout. It is fueled by upbeat music and the workouts typically incorporate small, isometric movements that sculpt and strengthen the entire body.
This is a 4 week class.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND 2 TO 3 POUND WEIGHTS TO CLASS.
