Classes Ended for 2021-See You Next Summer!
Fit 101 and the Icabone Swimming Pool are now offering an Aqua Fit 101 class at the pool.
This is not your typical aqua aerobics class, it is high intensity with land and water elements of interval training added. This class is for adults only (18 & older) and all fitness levels are welcome, with no preregistration required. Each class is different and designed to be both challenging and fun!
